Yoga Nidra literally means “the Yoga of Sleep”. It is a conscious relaxation practice where you will experience a deep state of release while at the same time maintaining complete awareness. This practice assists in easing tensions of the body and mind, offers relief from anxiety, improves sleep, lessens stress and increases memory. It is open to all levels of practitioner.
